A new letter of Mrs. Ioana Cantacuzino.
The letter was addressed to N. Caramfil, the administrator of A.R.P.A. and highlights the irregularities at A.R.P.A., the fraud in making the schedule, the flights “on paper” which are life-threateaning the students, causing five deaths throughout the year at A.R.P.A. She mentioned the director P.S.Vârnav, the chief pilot P. Pârvulescu and secretary D. Mănuţ as being guilty.
